This Hansdorf commercial quality security mortice lock is suitable for security and entrance doors and matches perfectly to our lever handle kit series. It boasts a double-turn 20mm deadbolt for high security, and a 12mm reversible latch bolt to simplify installation. Its thick brushed stainless steel face plates and solid construction makes it durable and the perfect choice for your home.
Also known as Door Lock Cylinders are key operated devices that are used to engage the main locking mechanism of the door lock. This cylinder may be changed without altering the boltwork hardware and instead only requires loosening a set screw, then sliding the cylinder from the boltwork. it is usually possible to obtain cylinders in different formats that can all be used with the same type of key.
Available with key operation from both sides, or key operation from the outside and knob-turn operation from the inside depending on your preference and needs.
The benefits of having a lock cylinder is that if a key is lost or stolen, you only need to replace the lock cylinder rather than the complete lock, keeping your costs to a minimum.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
