I am having to ise a blanket on top to minimise aeareness of the tubing but i love the all natural fibre aspect
The blinds do not fit leaving a space on either side
We have on of the we never opened so I am asking how to send this back fo4 a refund .i understand that you probably cannot refund the one the installer tried to hang as it’s been completely unpacked etc
Can you please indicate how I can return this item .as I said th3 item is in its original packaging as it’s never been opened .

Quick shipping, product did exactly what was needed
water tastes good as .. had to change a few things the factory installed piping had 2 leaks in the connection between filters so replaced that piping and the inline connector for connection to supply was only plastic so purchased a metal one … the drain connector was too small so purchased a better one that actually fits 50mm drain pipe and there was no mounting bracket for one of the filters so purchased that as well but all up still happy with the whole setup as all the extras only cost 50 bucks all up this should be all supplied by the supplier but there are no options for changing bits to fit so is what it is
