Late arriving took 3 weeks after emails chasing it and arrived damaged - a replacement offered and never arrived - really 0 stars would be mire appropriate- need a refund at this stage

In the photo it looked good. In reality it was a mass of small parts and very flimsy. I won’t buy a bed online again. The photo doesn’t show that it has multiple pieces of steel support pipes going to ground needed underneath to keep it all together.
