This automated dog training collar is a humane, safe and highly efficient electronic product for pet education. It is composed of a collar with Vibrating and Sound only unit in which the unit is put on the dog's neck and will automatically sound and then vibrates when your dog barks.
How this automatic dog collar works?
- An internal microphone picks up the bark sound and the dog collar is automatically activated
- The dog collar starts with emitting a beeping sound of 1 second as a warning at the first bark
- At the second bark the dog collar emits warning beep sound of 2 seconds
- From the third bark the dog collar emits a 3 seconds warning sound along with a short vibration
- If your dog doesn't stop, both the tone and vibration of the collar will be more intense.
- This pattern is repeated through five correction levels if your dog continues to bark. Through all five levels, the most intense sound and vibration are applied after each bark.
- If the dog is quiet for 30 seconds or more, the dog collar resets itself to the 'tone only' level 1 of correction. Which means your dog is learning :)
It is advisable for the first few times you put the collar on your dog to reprimand them when they bark accompanying the collar so they understand what is happening and gives you quicker results.

Take control of your dog's problem behaviour as soon as it occurs. Build communication between you and your dog. The collar's sound or vibration will give your pet a much a quicker understanding of when he is misbehaving with barking. Vibrations do not harm your pet.
Always remember to adjust the sensitivity of the collar
- If you'd like the collar to pick up on lower sounds or barks- increase the the sensitivity with the '+' node.
- To decrease the sensitivity to your dogs bark, decrease it with the '-' nodes for less frequent vibration.
Important Note
Please note that this is a training tool for your dog and should only be used under supervision, especially the first time you put the collar on your dog.
The first time you put the collar your dog, you will need stay close to them in order to explain why the collar is doing what it is doing.
Always remember the dog needs to understand that the collar is doing this because they are barking. You know your dog better than anyone else which is why you will know how to communicate that to them.
Please note that by purchasing this product, we do not guarantee that it will stop your dog from barking as each animal is going to react differently, and some may require other training methods to correct their behaviours.

If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
How to request a return for wrongly described or defective item purchased at www.simplywholesale.com.au:
STEP 1.
Please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item via our online contact form or by Contact Us section stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and details of the problem.
STEP 2.
Our Customer Services Team, provided you comply with this returns policy, will then issue a Returns Confirmation. Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.
How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with Simply Wholesale:
Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

Warranty and Claims
Warrantable Items.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Many of brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products are covered by manufacturer's warranties.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or their contact details please feel free to contact us via our online contact form or customer services department stating your order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and details of the problem.
International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
