The item arrived as expected in working order, however the delivery experience was not desirable as it ships directly from an overseas warehouse. This is listed on their website, but I suspect most people might not pick that up.
Clearer expectations on delivery would be great.

Item was dispatched super fast, sadly it was the courier company used that let down the exceptionally lengthy time of delivery - I would suggest using a different courier company
