The ALOGIC Ultra 2-in-1 USB-C to HDMI and VGA adapter is designed for connecting a USB-C enabled computer (Windows/Mac/Chromebook) to HDMI or VGA enabled monitors and other display devices such as TVs and projectors. The adapter supports display resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160). The device’s compact form factor and minimal footprint make it perfect for on-the-go or at a desk use.
Broad Compatibility
Featuring a digital HDMI output as well as an analog VGA output, this device is designed to be compatible with almost any new or old display device encountered while traveling, around the office, or at home. The device is largely intended for use with one monitor at a time - if an HDMI and VGA monitor are connected to this adapter simultaneously the output resolution will be limited to 1920 x 1080 and the same image will be shown on both displays.
The device is compatible with all USB-C ports that support video output using DisplayPort alternate mode and is also compatible with Thunderbolt 3 ports. Plug and Play compatibility means that this device can be used without the need to install any drivers on Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
