Troforte M Original 10kg Fert O Lawn granular controlled/slow release fertiliser
For the best results, apply Troforte® Fert-O-Lawn every 3-4 months with the scoop supplied or a lawn spreader
Troforte® Liquid Lawn Food can also be applied every 3 months to boost beneficial microbial populations in your soil.
Used in combination, the liquid and granular products will work in conjunction to create a carbon rich organic food that will help further boost soil microbial populations and help nutrient uptake to be optimised.
Tips for growing the best lawn:
Remove weeds as soon as they appear. Do not wait for them to go to seed and spread.
Avoid short frequent watering. Water deeply to penetrate the soil to about 120-170mm deep to train roots to travel deep to reach water and nutrients.
Most lawns grow best in a pH of between 6 and 7 (neutral or slightly acidic)
Mow grass shorter in the winter and longer in the summer months
Apply Troforte® Fert-O-Lawn at least 24 hours after mowing. Water in thoroughly after application (or apply before rains)
Application:
Laying new turf:
Sprinkle the instructed dosage of Troforte® in with the turf underlay and composted material (green waste or animal manure), prior to laying the turf.
Once the turf is laid, apply another dosage of Troforte® Fert-O-Lawn as a top-dress on the lawn and water in thoroughly. Ensure the soil remains hydrated while the lawn roots are being established (please note your local water restrictions and special permissions when planting a new lawn)
Planting lawn seed:
Apply Troforte® Fert-O-Lawn at the same time as applying your lawn seed at the instructed dosage and water in well, ensuring that the soils stays moist while establishing your new lawn (please note your local water restrictions and special permissions when planting a new lawn).
Established Lawn Maintenance:
Apply Troforte® Fert-O-Lawn at least 24 hours after mowing. Water in thoroughly after application (or apply before rains)

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
