Mimosa c5x 4.9-6.4 ghz, 8 dbi modular 500 mbps point to point/cpe bridge radio. The mimosa c5x is the industry’s most versatile, modular, point to point/cpe wireless bridge radio solution with five gain options (8 dbi built in, or optional 12, 16, 20 and 25 dbi add on's). The ultra-rugged solution provides extended frequency operation from 4.9–6.4 ghz, with best-in-class noise immunity. Delivering the ultimate in flexibility and value, the c5x is the go-to solution for 5 ghz deployments. Out of the box, the c5x can be used in ptmp mode, with ethernet link speeds of up to 100 mbps. With the purchase of a ptmp speed feature key, speeds of up to 500 mbps will be unlocked in ptmp mode. To unlock and utilize ptp mode, with speeds of up to 700 mbps, a ptp feature key must be purchased.
Incredible RF Performance with Cassegrain and horn antenna options, the C5x reduces localized noise and provides immunity from interference with breakthrough front-to-back and front-to-side performance. Refund Policy

If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Our Customer Services Team, provided you comply with this returns policy, will then issue a Returns Confirmation. Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
