YEALINK EXP50 PHONE EXPANSION MODULE
The Yealink EXP50 Color-screen Expansion Module for Yealink T5 Series IP phones, including SIP-T58V/SIP-T58A/SIP-T56A/SIPT54S/SIP-T52S, is designed to expand the functional capability of your SIP phone to a whole new level. It features a large 4.3-inch color-screen LCD, giving you a vivid visual experience. In addition, it provides you with a simple user interface and advanced call-handling capabilities. For example, three pages of 20 flexible buttons shown on the display can be programmed with up to 60 various features. The functionality of Yealink T5 Series IP phones will also be extended by the EXP50, you can set the provided multifunctional line keys as BLF, speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, call pickup, etc. The Yealink EXP50 Color-screen Expansion Module is an ideal solution for receptionists, administrative assistants, and contact center workers and gives you the ability to monitor contacts and manage a large volume of calls with ease.
With a 4.3-inch color screen, the Yealink EXP50 expansion module is intended to bring a fresh visual experience and an easy operating experience to you. Its new design for the Stand enables you to adjust between two lying angles easily even without disassembling it. To ensure higher reliability of data transmission and a higher speed of data refresh, a USB cable is chosen to connect the EXP50 expansion module to Yealink T5 Series IP phones. Moreover, after connecting to the IP phones successfully, the remaining USB port in the back of EXP50 can also be used to realize the phone's extended functions, for example, call recording via USB flash drive, etc.
A 4.3-inch 272x480-pixel color screen greatly enriches your visual experience. The color icons for DSS keys, and the feature of Wallpaper and Screensaver, all of these offer you a new operating experience as well as allow you to custom the EXP50 in your own style. More than that, it has already come ready for the Avatar Display on SFB and UC platforms. Its 3 independent control keys with illuminated LED on the bottom are used for fast switching to the corresponding page.
The Yealink T5 Series IP phones can be fully equipped with up to three EXP50 Colorscreen Expansion Modules while adding 180 additional buttons at most. Three pages of 20 flexible button with dual-color LED shown on the display can be programmed with up to 60 various features that can be used for speed dialing, BLF/BLA, call forward, transfer, etc. Thus, it will help you effectively manage a high volume of concurrent calls, effortlessly monitor calls and extremely boost personal productivity.

Refund Policy

If you would like to return product(s) to us, please read the instructions listed. Online purchases must be returned within 14 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packing and accessories. You have to contact us within fourteen(14) days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a store credit or exchange (May be subject to postal charges). If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. It is crucial to understand our Return Policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item(s) back to us. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
How to request a return for wrongly described or defective item purchased at www.simplywholesale.com.au:
STEP 1.
Please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item via our online contact form or by Contact Us section stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and details of the problem.
STEP 2.
Our Customer Services Team, provided you comply with this returns policy, will then issue a Returns Confirmation. Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.
How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with Simply Wholesale:
Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

Warranty and Claims
Warrantable Items.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Many of brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products are covered by manufacturer's warranties.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or their contact details please feel free to contact us via our online contact form or customer services department stating your order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and details of the problem.
International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
