The Morgan Tri-Max free-standing training bag with numbers is the Rolls Royce of commercial grade, full size, and non-rebounding free standing bags. Selling over 150Pcs per month, with a return rate of less the 1%, has shown this to be the premier freestanding training bag in the country. The Tri-Max free standing bags measure a massive 1.83M in height and over 42Cm in diameter, allowing the bag to be used as a single or dual person training bag, using a solid high-density PE inner foam that measures 140Cm in height and 42Cm in width, with an additional canvas, backed vinyl cover, means that this bag is designed for the continual punishment, ideal for both specialized boxing and martial arts centres as well as commercial fitness centres. A PVC solid inner full-length inner tube will absorb the impact applied to the bag, whilst the commercial grade base, that measure 60cm in width and 40cm in height will hold well over 90Kg of water or sand, ensuring that the bag will stay where it was placed and not move around the room whilst being used.
High-density PE foam top with a solid PVC tube - this bag is a stationary freestanding bag, unlike the PB-26 there is no spring system resulting in a non-movement bag

Protective gloves must be worn when using this product, exposed jewelry and open knuckle will prematurely wear the product away & do not use this bag for weapon training as it is not designed for this purpose
Do not move the product over large areas if the base is full as this will put excess stress on the base and may crack - use 2 people to move this product around
There will be a minimal rocking of the base in order allow for impact distribution when being used
Warranty covers normal wear and tear - misuse will void any warranty
The Tri-Max free standing bag consists of 3 parts. 1 x Base, 1 x Small inner black base tube & 1 x Foam top with an Inner grey plastic cylinder which should not be removed.
Step 1: To assemble first insert Small black Inner Base Tube through the bottom of the base.
Step 2: Now decide first where you wish to use the bag and position the base exactly where you want it on the floor.
Step 3: Slip on the foam top; the grey inner cylinder will slip onto the inner black base tube.
Moving the Tri-max is a 2-3 man operation.

If you have passed the fourteen(14) day cut off point, you may only be eligible for exchange. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
How to request a return for wrongly described or defective item purchased at www.simplywholesale.com.au:

Please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item via our online contact form or by Contact Us section stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and details of the problem.
STEP 2.
Our Customer Services Team, provided you comply with this returns policy, will then issue a Returns Confirmation. Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.
How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with Simply Wholesale:
Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

Warranty and Claims
Warrantable Items.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Many of brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products are covered by manufacturer's warranties.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or their contact details please feel free to contact us via our online contact form or customer services department stating your order number, the item(s) you are wishing to return and details of the problem.
International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
